Okay PS3, I just downloaded dis damn game, now I have to wait for it to install and update? Greaaaaaaaaattttt....

One was BF3,it took 40mins after I downloaded it, to update and install, lol. I did not even play it, because it took so long. That was back when it was free on PS+.

That's what I hate most about the PS3. I feel like playing a new game and I have to wait 20 min. for the install and update. By the time it finishes, I don't even want to play the game anymore. 
I was like damn, you know, lol.... Let me play the game already. I did what you did, I just shut the system off and playyed on my Vita.
The last time I tried to play Skyrim on PS3 it had to download a 655 MB update. Then the game loaded twice, I killed a dragon, and it froze up lol. That was enough for me to be done with that buggy piece of trash.
Skyrim is buggy on the PS3, I froze up one time fighting a dragon, pssed me off.
Hear your pain man. I had to wait a long time to download some Steam games and it even took longer than you (about 3 or 4 hours). Though the good thing is that it was worth it for Dishonored and Bioshock..... not so much for Borderlands, because there's a lost key to start the game, and even Steam users on the forum are having my same problem.

One thing Xbox did right was no long waits to play your game unless you want to install it to the hard drive. Sometimes a game has a patch to update it with anything new to the dashboard but it's super quick. What do gamers want? They want to jump in and play right away. That's a no brainer for any console maker. What's up Sony?
