Be proud of me, I finally installed Tomb Raider on my laptop. No time to play it today most likely, but here's an old video of an idea for the series, brought to you by Youtube (well, really some 90s cable access channel, it would seem)'s Navigatr, and narrated by two Let's Players a recent blog post on here reminded me of: slowbeef and Diabetus, of Retsupurae on Youtube and Something Awful Forums "fame":

And Happy Would-Be 69th Birthday to Bob Marley. Celebrate this great man by calling in a request: 936-468-4000 to the East Texas Alternative (soon to be re-named 90.1 The Axe because of input by yours truly and help from DJs), and stream http://ksauradio.com from wherever you are to listen!(no I will not stop plugging the radio station I manage any time soon).

Don't cry, Lara. Just shoot.

I haven't been able to listen to Bob Marley since college, due to that being the only thing the guy in the next dorm room over played while banging his girlfriend. Unfortunately, his bed was on the opposite side of the wall from mine. I still twitch to this day whenever I hear Bob marley.

That's unfortunate.

All hail the Marley. Love the guys music ever since my dad introduced me his music.

Let's see what argument you get with Blake once you get to something you disagree with him on Tomb Raider :P

So far, I can see what he's saying, but it's not bothering me as much. We'll see.

Haven't listened to all that much of Bob Marley's stuff, but I did like what little I have listened to.

Same here, honestly. Only know his biggest hits from what I recall.

I love Marley, but I'm always afraid to listen to him because I think other people might think I'm getting stoned.  But his music is timeless and beautiful.

The DJ who does our entertainment news said she didn't have time for birthdays today. I told her not to worry about it, and said "it's all good in the afternoon, it's all good at night." Cause her Ent. News airs at 2 and 9pm and y'know ... joints.

I like how there's giant marijuana plants in that screen cap on that video lol. I kinda want to play the new Tomb Raider, but after Uncharted 3, not really. It looks really similiar from the footage I've seen of it.

Never played Uncharted 3, but I like it so far.

Is it the new Tomb Raider? If so, I've very disappointed. That game is fucking dreadful.

Yes. So far I understand your complaints, but am not that bothered by them. We'll see.

Could be Anniversery. You never know!

PS: Oh,snap! It "is" the new one! I'll side with Joe on this. I understand the complaints but for some asinine dumb reason I "loved" the Tombraider reboot. lol.

So you work at a radio station? Keep pushing your radio station!

Have you seen the Bob Marley documentary? I thought it was interesting.

I manage a radio station, in fact. Another plug for you @KSAURADIO. I just got a bunch of music on today, but can only remember a few artists like Seventh Tower, Lawrence Arms, and something to do with shoelaces (song by that group was "All My Love") oh and "Paris" by Magic Man. Can't think of others right now, but there was more. Forgot to make my usual update tweet.

I haven't seen it, no. I want to now, is it on Netflix? I did see a documentary about a South African musician I forget the name of. Sugar Man? No, that's not right. Well, apparently the movie lied; he was actually always famous in South Africa, not "lost" as the movie claimed through its narrative. It was pretty good, though. And Pearl Jam 20 gave me a lot of appreciation for just how much I didn't realize I liked Pearl Jam's music.

I'm going to follow KSAURADIO on Twitter

I don't know if it is on Netflix. If you do find it, check it out. I remember that guy, it was somewhat of a news story. Sad to see that it was made up to hype a film. I have a couple of Pearl Jam albums, and I like to think that I am a casual fan (Ten was a big album while I was in High School)

I may have exaggerated their exxaggeration. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Searching_for_Sugar_Man#Omissions my bad. It is a good movie and he has great songs. And thanks for the follow!

I need a Pearl Jam album for myself (of course given we are alternative rock, I could ... hmm ... nah, too illegal ... or is it? Might ask)

That video brought back memories!

Never listened to the guy. Not my kind of tunes. I can't gun down bad guys to this!

Mammaries, you said? Oh, memories. Never mind.

I actually think I may play some Marley if I play Tomb Raider again. Seems like it might fit.
