I'm afraid to say that right now I can't blog about anything.

It's currently 10:53 p.m. here in Belgium and I had spent my night out of the computer to do some things for the Rotary and because i'm tired for once, i'm going to take a rest. At first I was going to post something about the movies I saw in 2013, which would have been written before going out or after getting back home, but since I arrived a bit late, i'm afraid there's not much I can do.

I guess I can post a small rant here:

Seriously Norton, stop sending me advices if I want to let a safe device connect! It's fucking annoying and it appears at the worst times!

Well, that's all for today. Don't worry, i'll have something better tomorrow.

Those antivirus software progams can be annoying. Is there a way you can turn notifications off or something?

I'm trying to look at the settings to see what can be done.

I just use AVG AntiVirus Free Edition. Doesn't usually bother me.

Same here. Avast! is another good free one.

I used to use Avast but it wasn't perfect for avoiding viruses. I had to fix my roommate's computer once and that was the last straw. Now I pay $90 a year for McAfee to cover two computers. Haven't had a problem with viruses but sometimes it blocks Windows updates which I've had trouble fixing.

I would have put Avast, but I didn't get my computer right away since my dad had set-up the programs (which include the Norton Antivirus) to the computer before giving it to me.

I get the same pop-up for my McAfee software. Shouldn't there be like a box to check to say don't pop up? Or maybe under your settings?

Well, the pop up doesn't have that option and i'm trying to look at the settings for something.

I stopped using Anti Virus programs that you have to pay for a long time ago.

Microsoft Security Essentials is free for home use and does not contain nag-ware. It's built into Windows 8 as Windows Defender.

I'll keep that in mind.

Have you found a Smurf to lead you to Smurf Village?

But Norton wants to keep you safe. Let Norton keep you safe...

Yeah, while in the process of being annoying and not letting me run Mass Effect on my laptop.
