So a recent Nintendo Direct came out and it was...as expected. I can't say anything wowed me. Games you knew were coming were given more extensive trailers or a broader understanding. And the thing is...I kind of don't like directs. They leave fans a certain unfullfillment. What I mean by that is say you expect something like Yoshi Yarn. This was a game we were promised was being developed...but since then mum is the word. No trailers, no information, are they even still working on it?

It's great to see titles like X and Bayonetta 2 get more informative. We now know more about the games than we did. But I remember last years E3 when they did their own thing and it underwhelmed. We just got the usual announcements of what was to come. The most shocking announcement from Nintendo I've seen is the Hyrule Warriors trailer. I mean where are those revelations? Why throw something out of left field and then turn back to playing it safe again?

I always get baffled at Nintendo. They seem to know the way to provoke my thoughts. I often wonder to myself...."What fiendish plan do they have rolled up their sleeves?" I remember 2010 when they revealed out of nowhere Zelda, kirby, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and more....I was like holy crap...where were these games? Nintendo seems to like doing this to me. Those jerks like jerking me around. How dare they?

So my love-hate relationship continues with Nintendo. Why you tease me Nintendo!? WHY!?!?!? I THOUGHT WHAT WE HAD WAS SPECIAL!!!!!!
