What it called Pryzm? I don't know if that's the one you're thinking off.  But it reminds me of that.

Onechanbara Bikini Samurai Squad! And I loved itz!

Yeah that's a very strange, sucessful game. True story, I saw one of those spam ads on PixlBit use footage from a trailer from the PS3 port of Onechanbara Z for one of those Wartune ads. It was weird.

I honestly don't know. Elite Beat Agents and Ghost Trick honestly are not that weird to me, but that's the best I got right now. I'm sure there are better examples from when I was younger.

EBA definately counts as weird. I mean you're a bunch of cheerleaders to help people out of normal situtations.

I dunno, it's just not far out enough for me to consider it the cream of the weirdness crop. 

It's more along the lines of "interesting, unique idea that works within its given universe" than "what the f... huh?" to me.

I guess God Hand is weird. At least the bosses are weird. There's the flamboyantly gay twins, then a gorilla with a lucha libre mask, a group of midgets that parody Power Rangers, fat Mexican Elvis, and Shannon who can turn you into a pet Chihuahua. Then there's betting on Chihauhau races and the fighting move that lets you spank female enemies. There are many other strange fighting moves like the ball buster and a punch that sends enemies far into the sky.

Man that's a game I still haven't played yet. At least its easier to find now that its on PSN as a PS2 classic.

Most of the games I play are pretty strange.  Some I can think of off the top of my head nclude Katamari Damacy, WarioWare, Chibi Robo, PuRiRuLa, Snackson Jackson, Seaman, and much more!

Since you like fighting games, have you ever played Waku Waku 7?  That's one of the weirdest ones I've seen.

Oh good lord, you know about PuLuRuLa? I remeber watching a really good Let's Play of that and my goodness that was odd.

I know about Waku Waku 7. I still haven't played it yet but I want to. I love the visual gags and its design. Fun factoid: the sand bag man that's supposed to be like Ryu, shows up in Skullgirls too.

Can't think of any for consoles, but I do remember a weird web game that was supposed to be multiplayer, and it was about two screaming and moaning little dudes that had to punch their head to the ground to make it grow and because they were inside boxes, they had to then punch their head into the box. The objective was to send the other out of the ring. And it had a catchy credits tune once you do that.

I'm not making this up.

Frolf! I love that game! I have a demo for that from Offical PSN mag and loved to play that thing to death!

What immediately pops into my head is Catherine but i'm not sure if it's really strange or just different.

Anything from Atlus and the guys behind SMT is strange in my book.
