BaD #13 & 14: I'm not giving up! It's personal

Hey everybody! After some careful thought I’ve decided to continue with this month’s BaD’s. Though I probably won’t be able to keep the theme in spirit, this internet issue I’m having is just getting annoying. Last night it took AN HOUR AND A HALF just to download the unlock code for Soul Caliber II HD on XBLA!!! I am dead serious! I actually fell asleep waiting for Netflix on my Xbox 360 to load, and it never did!

I was lucky enough I was able upload yesterday’s beard picture to my photobucket account but aside from that I didn’t even bother trying to write a blog because I was so disgusted with my internet situation. I hope this doesn’t continue all the way till March. Either way BaD all the way!

Not sure if you can tell much of a difference now with my “epic” beard. It’s starting to feel like it’s not growing anymore. I guess we’ll see if there is a difference by the end of Feburary.

My internet is a pain too, it takes forever to download something. Right now Im downloading the Beta for Final Fantasy Realm Reborn on the PS4. The first test starts tomorrow, so Im trying to have it taken care of before that. It still has 8 hours to at the current speed so Idk about it,lol! I hope your internet improves soon for ya!

I had that same issue to when I was able to get into the beta of that game for the PS3. I had to let my system DL for 24 hours straight so I could make the weekend beta!

SAdly it got much worse. Though it crapped out by the end of Feb I was atleast able to get a month's credit so that's an extra $50 for the month of march. Now what should I buy with that.....

I think bad Internet connection is a pretty legit reason to miss a few BaDs, but glad you're still going.

Nice beard. It'll grow more, but it may take a while. Mine kind of stopped for a bit last semester, but after not shaving for four months, I had a (really ugly) Captain Morgan beard.

Thanks for the vote of understanding. Sadly in the end it wasn't the internet that got in the way of my BaDs this year.

I never really allowed myself to see how long my beard would grow. After seeing how far it gets in a month is too scary as it is. I wonder if I would have a little of the "Captain" in me.
