Glad to hear the website is growing.
I'm not playing anything, but if I can get Bit.Trip Runner on Steam, or find my old copy of Korg DS-10, that's what I'll be playing.

I've become a lot less frequent since coming back to uni, and for that I apologise. Between my social life, getting drunk enough for my profile picture to happen, and all the refocusing of ideas at plus10damage, I just haven't had the time to write anything half decent. I still don't, so this is going to be a big variety of crap that you can read.
Firstly, Plus10Damage is going nicely. We've had interviews with Megabyte Punch's Dion Koster, The Cat Lady's Rem Michalski, and even writer of City of Heroes and some books Mercedes Lackey. Our little website is growing, and it's all thanks to those of you who actually take the time to check the site out. That and the awesome staff of writers whose stuff makes me really self conscious that I will be fired for lousy writing at any second. I mean, just look at that last sentence. It's terrible! We've also decided to focus our news and interviews on indie titles, though we will still review major titles as well.
Enough about that site though. How are you lovely former-1uppians? What are you playing? I feel they should implement a system that makes it easier for me to keep up with your blogging habits, because looking up my friends blogs is too much effort!
I bought Tomb Raider today... and it's basically Uncharted with character development and torture from what I've seen so far. The quick time events have already annoyed me. Dear god there are a lot of them! That said, Lara herself is interesting enough that I want to press on, so that's something.
Other than that I've been addicted to Bit.Trip Runner 2, which is an utterly beautiful mix of music gaming and platforming that I urge everyone to check out asap! It's rought a kazillion times better than every other game in the series, and the music in this game absolutely shines!
Anyway, I should probably go to my lecture. I'll talk to you lovely ladies later!
I'm at a loss at the moment. I was cruising along nicely in Tales of the Abyss until a dreaded "timed mission" appeared where you need to divide your team into 2 and both teams need to complete the mission within the alloted time. Time keeps ticking while you are fighting battles and at the end of the first teams run I was forced to fight a boss as time continued to tick away. By the time I switched to team 2 I had 1.5 minutes left and no clue where I was supposed to be going. So I shut the bugger off and haven't gone back.
More indie titles? Man, I need to check out Plus 10 Damage more. I downloaded Cave Story the other day and am absolutely loving it. It reminds me of a modern version of the first Metroid. Also Super House of Dead Ninjas which is a really cool 2D action platformer. It's really not too much of an effort to look people up Blake. Maybe your just lazy lol.
Yep, I think they should fix the blog tracker issue, too. I would like a page where you can find out who responded to you specifically in a blog post. I check the site intermittently throughout the day and have to keep my tabs open to find out if anyone responded to me.
I recently started Silent Hill Downpour, Castlevaina for 360, and Civilization IV. I was enjoying Downpour despite the screen lag then it froze up on me. I've never played Civilization before and so far am really digging it. It reminds me of an old pc game I used to play called Lemonade where you managed a stand and tried to make money.
