What could be worse than an unemployed ninja? Izuna is a dungeon crawler that has some great humor and characters. Here's the story: Izuna and her ninja clan are looking for a place to settle down after their old master kicked them out of his castle. They finally settle into a village, but then one of the ninjas wanders off and Izuna ends up offending the gods of the village, causing everyone to act strangely. Now Izuna has to go into the shrines of the gods and set things right. The game plays similarly to a rogue-like, with turn-based battles and treasure and loot to be found. There are six gods in all, each with their own unique personality and powers. The cast of the four unemployed ninjas are really funny too. The game also has some great music! This is one ninja game with a lot of charm.

An unemployed ninja is a fake homeless person, right?

Sounds like the type of whacky Japanese video game story I tend to go for.

LOL! Perhaps there's more unemployed ninjas out there than we realized!

I offended the "God Of Motivation". I've been a wandering slacker ever since! Tongue Out

Hm, you might need to enter the shrine of Exercise in order to make things right.

Another interesting Ninja game, wish I had heard of it sooner.

There's still time to go and find it and give it a try.

I've heard this one's a decent little rogue-like Smile

I was wondering if you were going to talk about this game, too.  I hear it's like a Mystery Dungeon title.  It stars a female ninja with pink hair, so that's cool.

I've heard it been compared to the Mystery Dungeon games, so I guess it's very similar. Ninjas are better than pokemon though.

I wanted to get this game.  Sadly, I forgot about it. Embarassed
