BaD Friday

It's a bit like Good Friday, which when I was Catholic and living at home meant the last Friday we had to have either cheese pizza or Long John Silvers for dinner, only in this case it's not blogging that was being given up and it ends in February.

For me, it also means turning 24 in 24 days, if you include today; my birthday is March 23.

I couldn't think of anything better to do for the last day of BaD, so I decided to see what video game character I am via a bunch of online quizzes last night.

I got Ness and one other character I forget on a couple, but I most conistently wound up with ...

What do you think and what video game character would you be? I think I got Sonic cause I consistently answered that I liked to run and I have a sense of humor.

I don't mind, especially since I'm really into bue and white this year for some reason, as you may be able to tell from my recent avatars. I'm also into symbols of hope, cause I feel quite hopeful about this year compared to last, and it's the Year of the Horse, and my birth in 1990 makes this a good year for me, if not the Denver Broncos. You'll notice I just changed my avatar from Mockingjay to blue/white pegasus. I think it feels the most fitting for me right now.

Anyway, I'll see you more in March. Maybe I'll even wind up doing a series of MaD blogs, if I can think of a fitting concept for them. March Madness is coming up, but maybe I can get some gaming madness going ... hmm ...

Well, I literally have not moved from bed except to pee all day and I need to work out, eat my protein, get started on studying and doing research/other assignments for my grad courses, and of course, get in some Netflix and gaming. I'll see you all in March ... Long John Silvers actually sounds pretty good right now, especially since seafood tends to be high protein.

I feel like I need to leave you with some music. I don't think anything sums up a "BaD" Friday better than this.

Yeah, I know I'm going to hell, I'll see all of you there ... except maybe Cary. Cary I'm gonna have to talk to while he's on Earth, cause he's definitely getting raptured. The rest of you, not so much.

I mean you didn't have to hit play ... then again, you can get it in your head just by seeing her can't you? Wait a minute ... oh shit, I just realized looking in her eyes darkens your soul! Well, I guess we may all end up in the same place after all. I'll bring beer.

You say you work out a lot, often make the spinach reference, and seem like one to defend those you care about.

The Pac-Man tat should be obvious, I think. lol I understand Toad, though, it seems like a character you'd like.

I know Im going to Hell Joe, but the funny thing is there is a seat reserved for both of us next to one another so get use to seeing my fatass on a good basis,lol!

I really am trying to get into losing weight again, being a fat girl just aint working for this chick anymore.Ive had good days and bad recently. Maybe March will prove better. Keep up the awesome work your doing!

It's rough. I actually just had Raising Cane's and am thinking about going to Taco Bell. I'm BaD. But actually, that would net me 96g protein and only 1704 calories of my 2000-3500 calories and 150g protein needs. After that, I could just make myself some eggs, sausage and milk and be good for today. I think I just fucked the system.

By the way, in hell, no one cares how you look, so please bring movie popcorn and other fatty snacks with you when you sit next to me.

Hot damn, just another reason I call myself a Casual Catholic. Only time I follow the fish on Friday's is during Lent.

If we're all going down someone needs to grab Cary's legs, he's going to miss all the fun.

Haha I think my parents are a lot more casual Catholics now that I've been lapsed/agnostic for a bit, although my dad still does a lot of good through Knights of Columbus.

And lol. I think Cary might grab us all and bring us up, if anything, and there'll turn out to be a way better arcade and Pac-Man games in heaven.

Since I stopped following Catholism and I rather not get involved into religion, i'm going to go to the limbo. The good things is that I can be allowed to go anywhere in the afterlife, so i'll play Pac-Man with Cary on heaven and have hawaian parties with the rest of you in hell :P

From what i've seen, the character I resemble in some traits is Link, so that's the character I'd most likely be in a videogame. Maybe also Chell from Portal, or any other silent protagonist.

I was always taught Limbo was where you were just kind of stuck in a nothing void ... or maybe that was Jumanji, I get confused.

Link is a good choice, I like the color green as well.
