So Im gonna start posting a motivational picture everyday. While I know everyone isnt out to lose  weight were all working towards goals. All types of goals, motivation is good for any goal. It helps keep you going especially when things get tough. Now might there be a day or 2 that I cant post? Maybe but I am going to try to atleast do this everyday, even if it is the first thing I do when I wake up.

Here is todays 3/1/14

I tend to in a way give up, I normally get back on eventually and try again but I got to  keep going no matter what. Dont give up on anything yall want to accomplish and do!

This is an awesome idea, mind if I incorporate it into my own planned MaD blogs?

Positivity on the Internet ... it could work.

Of course you may Joe, dont even have to ask! I think we all are in need of some postivity. You never know when a bad day will come up and then that one positive thing sets it right again ^_^

I just found out my cholesterol is a little high. So I could definitely use some motivation to exercise and lose weight. I probably won't be able to come up with decent comments all the time, but I'll be reading. Keep em coming!

I see "Never Give Up!" and all I can see is Asbel and Sophie at the end of a battle in Tales of Graces F. LOL I really need to finish that game so the phrase has a purpose for me.

Hey my sister had a similar issue of being stuck in Final Fantasy 8 against Adel,  she didnt give up permantely and finally beat the boss. Keep trying!

Actually I was talking about one of the scenes that pops up sometimes at the end of a battle when you are using Sophie as one of your team. Sophie and Asbel say "Never Give Up!" and that's what popped into my head when I read the motivational message.

I'm sure the message will prove useful as I face the final boss battle though. :)

It's a good philosophy to practice and believe it or not,it has a lot of practical truth to it. I kind of told myself this when my game started to get low ratings. Not the same scenario but this attitude worked just as well for me.

Thanks for bringing "positivity" to the internet,Nicole! You rock the socks! Wink

Thank you Broken! It def is, you've never completely given up until you stop trying and thats something I keep doing and I want others to too. I think we all need to no matter what we strive for. Im happy to bring positivity, we all could use it one way or another ^_^

Yeah good idea Nicole. Motivational messages are great when trying to get through the work week. Even if mentally, all they're really motivating me to do is move away from my current job and to something i'll actually enjoy

I def know that feeling, my job wears me out mentally and psycially but stuff like this keeps me treading. Im more happy and glad to do this though for yall, yall have given me a lot that I prolly and never express or give back enough to repay but if I can help in any way, then im going to!

I started recording my weight every week to see changes if any.

I read Charles Duhigg's book Power of Habit. It's really good. I was able to change up some of my habits just by knowing them better. I read the audio book from the library the other week.
