I apologize this is late, I had a friend come by and spend some time so I could give them a book I bought them. They had let me borrow their Fool Moon copy by Jim Butcher a long time ago and it never got returned. I do still have it but I its in one of my many boxes of  books. I decided to re buy a copy to give to them. I felt it was only right after they let me borrow it and I nevr got it back to them.

I cant lie, I have spent so much of my life being Negative and it has done no favors whatsoever for me. Im hopeing with these daily blogs I cant help everyone around me with battling it.

Being positive or negative; it's just too intellectual a way of thinking. Forget thoughts, I just go right to feelings, good or bad ones. It doesn't matter. Feeling is all. Feeling is life.

So are you happy or sad right now? Personally, I feel pretty positive I'm an asshole, but I can live with that now that I bought some more meds. That was a close one, I almost had emotions there for a second. Thank God for Walgreens and zero co-pay.

On a serious note, I've always had a problem catastrophizing. Now I don't, thanks to my local pharmacy. Seriously, pills are awesome.

Yes, feeings are crucial but thoughts and thinking impact our feelings. Atleast for me they do.

Yup, thoughts and our thinking have such a powerful effect on our emotions at times. Being positive can bring about so much more happiness!

I've been trying to break my negativity for years now. I'm a lot less negative than I used to be, but I've still got a long way to go.

Try meditation, yoga, or Tai Chi. Or even just walking in a natural setting. They all help you center, which helps control the negative energy.

On a completely unrelated topic - have you read the newest Dresden Files book yet?

Not sure, I haven't gotten around to it yet, even though I've had it since October.

Tami has a point. Tai Chi and Martial arts in general have done more for me than pharmaceutical drugs ever could. Then again,we're all different.
