TITANFALL UPS↑ AND DOWNS↓

 

↓ Now I said Titanfall connection can ruin a experience in my last blog. It is the reason why I have been more than a few deaths. Your connection stutters and your left vunerable while the action around you continues.

↑ One major positive is that you die way less during respawns. This game offers the best respawn of any game. The maps are big enough and your not overwelmed with players so you get play around in the map and get in the action awhile before dying.

↓ The campaign story is nothing to brag about. There was a lot of hype surrounding it. Every match feels nearly the same even though they said different. It would be nice if there were more choices are there was multiple objectives in each match but they all boil down to one objective.

↑ The gameplay though is outstanding. The parkour movement is incredible. I would argue its the best thing about the game. It is fun jumping around and getting anywhere and to do this...

↑ ...having vertical maps and of course they are and they are incredible in their gameplay design but I think there could be more varied but that is a minor complaint. I enjoy the maps. I hope we get more, especially one with more wild life and a jungle like atmosphere.

↓ Now as fun as the game is and as much action that goes on, the bots can sometimes get in the way. Its nothing special to kill bots when your playing against real players. There is at times you think you have got an actual character only to kill a bot which takes no skill to kill. You can usually spot pilots but that is not always the case.

↑ Titans are a cool addition to the gameplay. Who would think otherwise. I get a kick more running around the map outside a Titan but its awesome to pull someone out of his Titan and throw him. Its also awesome to melee other people while they are running around.

↓ Maybe I am just spoiled but what Call of Duty and Battlefield offer but I think the list of weapons are very limited. You can lock nearly everything in a record time.

That is nearly it. I enjoy the game a lot and after yesterday and today I have played without too many connections issues. That helped me enjoy the game. The game is really cool.  Right now I am on level 40. It has (as expected) kept me away from my PS4 but I will still plan to put time into BF4 for the upcoming DLC. Titanfall will though be the game I play the most for awhile. One thing I notice is how it seems that streaming is not as intuitive as it is on the PS4 or am I missing something?
