Finally finished my third game of the year.

I finished my first game since January. I am so excited. I put 6.5 hours into Strider and finally finished it. I quite enjoyed it. I always seem to enjoy those games that have those metroidvania influences...

After I looked up a guide, I figured out that I am about halfway through Alundra. I really want to keep plugging away at it and finish it, but...

After listening to NWPs Final Fantasy podcast and seeing "everybody" playing FF X. I am on the verge of buying FF X/X-2 HD.

I watched Frozen yesterday. I completely understand why it made a crap-ton of money because it is pretty darn good.

I know that it has taken me way too long, but I finally got around to watching Raiders of the Lost Ark. I had seen bits and peices through the years, but never have seen to watch the entire film. I am glad that I fixed that. It is especially odd because I have seen Temple of Doom before... multiple times. I haven't seen The Last Crusade but will fix that shortly. Thankfully there are only three movies in that series.

Since I finished Strider the next game on my list is Ground Zeroes. I hope to finish that game up quickly because I hear that it is short. Then I hope to play inFamous: Second Son.

That is all that I really have at the moment.

I've done better than that on finishing games this year but March was slow. Only one down. And I want to get FF X/X-2 for the Vita but after that podcast I'd settle for most any Final Fantasy (and I'm already sitting on a couple). Still, I'm trying real hard not to start more games without finishing what I have going.

I watched Frozen last week and really enjoyed it. I wish the beginning wasn't so sad but it doesn't pull down the movie.

Had I not been working a bunch of overtime over the past two months, I probably would have finished a bunch more games had that not happened.

I saw a twitter exchange and it sounds like they might to FF X for backloggers. That is one of the other reasons that I am looking to play that game over the others in the series. Except maybe FF IV.

I actually just got done wacthing Frozen via free Red Box rental a few moments ago. It was great. Having said that, I love the version of "Let it Go" in the movie, but after seeing four different covers of that on the rental DVD alone (I only watched the Demi Lovato and Spanish versions all the way through), I totally agree with this, while totally aware of the irony in it being a cover version itself.

I've been really slow with games lately. I think I've only finished Zelda and South Park. Schedule is so crazy these days, but I will be going through Metal Gear Ground Zeroes and Remember Me.

We are indeed playing FF X on the next Backloggers. In fact, I should probably slow down and let Angelo catch up...

If you want a good metroidvania game, check out Valdis Story: The Abyssal City. I should have a review out for it tomorrow. It's fucking sweet.
