Good to have you, one of my best friends in college was on the track team, and he actually gave my friends and I some good pointers on a more efficient way to run one day; a lot of it, I'd heard playing football in middle school, but I hadn't been applying it since, so it was cool to learn.

I don't like sports and strategy too much either, but ... I also don't tend to like FPS and RPG. lol Like you, I'll play them, but they're not my favorite, I'm mostly a platformer/action/adventure/ guy; I also enjoy racing and fighting games.

I'm not too competitive, playing single-player usually, but you gotta love when you give someone the beatdown in Smash Bros., and that's part of why I like N64 and Gamecube a lot as well. Again, good to see more from 1up here, look forward to your blogs.

In terms of adventure/platformer, I have not played one I truely enjoy in a long long time. I have always loved the 16-bit era platformers. I also enjoy a lot of arcade style games which were plenty on the gamecube. Just a shout out to Super Smash being an amazing game that never gets only at a party.

Thank you, Thank you. I am excited to be here. And I just saw that your soul has been consumed by Dark Souls. I too have sacrificed my humanity to Dark Souls. That game is so much fun, challenging, frustrating, and sweet delicious gaming goodness. I have trouble putting it down.

"The best feeling of beating someone in a game and looking for to see the despair on their face."

I lol'd at that quote. It's so true! I miss the marathon N64 Goldeneye matches and Mario Kart 64 battles my friends and I used to have.

HAHA its a great feeling and one I miss. Playing online, I just dont get the same feeling of shooting someone in the face than I did when playing goldeneye. Super Smash was my groups poison when having gaming marathons. We also played a lot of WWE No Mercy.

I just joined here a couple weeks ago. So welcome to the party yo and hope you blog more.
