Hello, everyone and everyone hello!

Darth KiLL here.  Thought I'd throw down in the blog-o-sphere with an update.

And what a doozy of an update it is.  Firstly, I broke my ankle last Sunday night, and broke it pretty bad, to boot; the doc says I have to have surgery, and if they discover a torn ligament during the surgery, I'll be off my feet for 90 days at the very least.  Sucks, as I am a machinist for a living....at least the short-term disability will help with the bills.

On that note, feel free to bug me at all hours...I've been binge-watching Mad Men throughout the day, and mixing in Arkham City (PS3), Kingdoms of Amalur (PS3) and Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic.  I've also been watching my 6-year-old son rack up trophies in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes...he's waaaay better at the LEGO games than I ever was.  It's oddly rewarding to sit and watch my boyo hog up my dedicated gaming time.

Thanks to all of you who responded to my PSN and STEAM friend requests....I'm sure I'll get around to adding the WHOLE of PixlBit.

That's all for the moment...will add some more later I'm sure.

PS - I check everyone's trophy counts on the PSN all the time...so if you get a message from me asking you about what you're playing, that's the reason.

Good times - Darth KiLL

I saw your avatar comment on PS3 about your broken ankle. I wasn't sure if it really was or was some cryptic code. Sorry to hear it's the real thing.

6 Years old, wow, they grow up so fast. Mine's 22 and showing no signs of leaving the nest. They're more fun at 6. LOL

As I mentioned Steam is usually my son. He autologs on when he starts the PC. I have to kick him off if I want to play on the laptop.

PS3 is mostly me though but my kid is the one who got all the GoW trophies. I have a whole bunch of games with one or two trophies that I should finish up. I doubt I'm ever going to platinum anything. Just finishing a game is reward enough for me.

Dude. . A easy platinum is TellTale's Walking Dead game. Give it a whirl if you get a chance...plus the CSI game is on sale for 5 bux on the PSN. I hear its a easy platinum too.

Yep...the 6 yr old is growing up way too quick lol

Thanks, I don't really play for the trophies anyway. I do have the First Season of Walking Dead games though.

For the record, my Trophy collection is only a fraction of my Gamerscore on Xbox.
I'm trying to catch them up now (100k on 360)

Strangely enough I love watching others play video games. the only way I can watch though is on youtube videos. To have a young son and watching him play would be such a joy. Enjoy your time with your son, my 6 year old daughter is now 22 and married. Im waiting fro a grandchild, hopefully before Im too old to watch them play.

Hope you get better soon! I need to play some Arkham City. I haven't been on Steam lately, but JimBeamHortonWho is my name on there if you want to add me.

Problem is probably that his name is "Evil Deej". Steam has one of the pickiest username searches around. I've had a lot of trouble with it in the past.

Anyway, Darth, thanks for adding me on PSN/Steam too. I was wondering who this Evil Deej was... Just wait 'til your son is adding his friends on your account. Then it gets weird.

That really sucks about your ankle too. Hope there's no ligament damage.

Oh man, you don't have to hobble for me, just focus on getting better! I got the add though, I appreciate it! Although it did scare me a bit, cause I've actually never gotten a pop-up message from Steam before. lol.

I have also been unable to find myself. The search is that bad or we're both that dumb. More research rekwired.
