Here we go.

- Played some KOTOR on PC, until I ended up being locked forever out of my old steam account.  That's alright though, that account reminds me of my recently-deceased Uncle Ray.  Before getting locked out I'd lowered the difficulty setting to easy, as I was getting my ass repeatedly stomped into Bantha fodder by the Black Vulkar swoop gang in the lower city section of Taris.  You might remember the particular fight I'm referring to; it occurs as soon as you make your way into the lower city.  You see two gangs talk shit to each other and then engage in brief and brutal gang violence.  Not sated by their fresh kills, 4 Black Vulkar thugs assault your character and Carth's dumb ass.  It's pretty tough for me to ever get past that fight.  Anyhow, my KOTOR days may be done for a while unless my letter to the MSN Help Desk helps me regain my old account access.  I'm not holding my breath though.

- Ugh, my first experience with Surgeon Simulator 2013 ended with me getting quickly pissed off at the in-game physics.  I wasn't even able to grab and instrument to do any of my surgery, not even grab the hammer to crack open my patient's exposed ribcage.  I'm still pissed about it 5 hours later.  I'll give it another whirl after I  hobble around and cobble together an evening meal.  UPDATE: I ended up pan frying some corn dogs.  The ol' lady told me the house smelled like the fair, in a good way.

- I continue watching Battlestar Galactca (spoilers for those who've not watched will follow) and got through season 3 today.  That whole season was fraught with a lot of infighting amongst the humans.  They made it off New Caprica, and I experienced a genuine plot twist in the revelation that Starbuck's "daughter" was merely another lie told by the Cylon Leoben.  Also, Tigh having to kill his wife...I wasn't expecting that shit.

- My son Xander got into the Green Lantern animated series that is now available on Netflix at my suggestion.  We both prefer the Hal Jordan lantern to any other iteration.

- I've been entertaining the thought of devoting an hour of my morning to reading.  I'd get that hour in during breakfast or immediately after, before I fire up the TV or the computer or the console.  I used to read quite a lot, but not so much lately.

The main thing I see on your formatting is when you put the images on the left or right like you have, you probably want to add some horizontal spacing. In the image editor, go to the Appearance tab and add some amount to the "Horizontal Space" field. You can get an idea of what will happen in the little example figure to the right on that tab. The number you enter is in pixels, so maybe 5-10 will normally do the trick.

I was pretty sure Surgeon Simulator was made to be really frustrating, so success?

Yes, you're absolutely right about it being made to be difficult.  I erased the pic of Galactica...it looks a bit better now!

Ah, man. I recently had a jalapeno corn dog at the March Madness Music Festival in Dallas, and now with you pan-frying corn dogs, I want the Texas State Fair to be sooner .. than October.

Dammit, man. lol

JALAPENO CORN DOGS!!!!

That's making me miss work.  There's a corner store out near where I work that deep fries a mess of jalapeno corn dogs every day, and whenever I didn't bring lunch from home....it was ON and CRACKIN' with those 'dogs.  I'd get 2 jalapeno corn dogs, a bag of Tapatio-flavored Doritos and a can of Coke.  Munch a 'dog for breakfast, munch a 'dog for lunch, eat the chips throughout the day and have that Coke during the last part of the day, after its gotten super cold from the mini fridge.

I love me some corndogs!

I've never really cared for corn dogs.

So Green Lantern's worth watching. I'll have to check it out. Has the little guy watched any of the Studio Ghibli movies yet? I bet he'd love My Neighbor Totoro.

BrokenLeg blog?!?! I must've missed something!

I think that's where I stopped playing KOTOR too. I couldn't get into the game despite all that had happened thus far. I can't explain it but the combad I guess I don't fully understand.

Perhaps this video might help you out in being an awesome sauce surgeon.

I was so happy that Tigh killed his wife....

I thought about watching Green Lantern but not sure after seeing what they did to the Teen Titans.

I suggest some game story books to read. they made a nice Bioshock prequel book and there is Mass Effect, Doom, Resistance and the Halo series to get caught up on.
