04/17/2014 - Not Going Down That Stream

As I may have mention before, I have considered streaming. After watching some other videos, however, I may have a change of heart. While I do have an excellent writing proficiency the same cannot be said about my verbal communication. Sure it is easy for me to talk during a game when playing with a friend but when it comes to entertaining people I believe I'll fall flat in a second. If I can do silent sessions just to show off my mad skills, and lack of there of, I would but that might be boring. So for now, there will be no streaming from me.

As far as everything else, I'll get around to an editorial or review soon. Maybe even a new game find if next week allows it (Trying a different place).

Also, dropped TF2 for the moment and picked up Blacklight Retribution.

I've always wanted to sream games or do Let's Plays but the equipment for that seems too expensive. I may open up a youtube channel to review stuff, I may even do games at some point as well.

Same here, but if I find an inexpensive enough route, I really want to do it.

Usually better quality streams/videos take a bit of money but there might be something just as good.

I have an ok monthly stipend, so as long as "bit of money" isn't "one piece of required equipment is $1000" (having a Bachelor's in TV/Radio production tells me it shouldn't, unless you're gullible), I will still consider it. Having said that, one trip to L.A. for a week is gonna cost me almost $2000 (it's a class, so tuition, plus food, plus hotel, plus other things, plus airfare, etc. adds up quick without any financial aid), so it ain't something I'm thinking about right away.

I feel the same...as in I can be more charismatic with writing as opposed to actually being charismatic through speaking. Then again, I believe we can all improve in every area,even those we're poor at initially!
