I actually got into the series but I havent played it in forever. I love the Dynasty Warriors series so this got my attention rather quickly a long time ago. I also like Kessen which falls in the DW universe.

So I have been an advid ps2 & ps game collector for a long time now and have been buying hard to find and just plain good ps2 & ps titles, so I have been looking for this game Romance of the three kingdoms for along time now, yea I could have paid $30 to $90 bucks but couldnt bring myself to spend that knowing that gamestop sell it used for $10 so Im looking at gamestop at games when I ran across this and just for kicks I checked if any were for sale at a local gamestop cause every time I have looked for the past 5 years theres not one with in a 100 miles so anyway to my surprise I found one for sale at a gamestop not a mile from my house and the only one in Texas for that matter.
So any way I jumped in my truck and hauled butt, and not only did they have the game they had the box and manual in excellent condition, but when he got the disc out I was blown away to find it in mint condition not a scratch on it, so needless to say im one happy guy lol.
So for thoughs of you who dont know Romance is basicly in a nut shell you build up your city get your economy going recruit troops and weapons and steal generals from other generals and take over countrys with the object being conquering all of chin, and anyone who plays the Dynasty warrior games will be familiar with the name Lui beui, Guan yueand Cao cao to name a few, each general has attributes like strength intelegence wisdom etc and if your looking for an adviser then you would want someone with charm and intelect to where if you want a war general then of course strength and endurance would be the best, you control every aspect of your city from diplomacy to taxes to your revenue.
The battles are epic, each general you send into battle has a some of troops which can be in the thousands and go to war in an hex type board and lay seige to a city or just attact a general strait up, and theres the option to duel a leader which a one on one joust of sorts and is really fun to watch, this is an epic game and alot of fun for strategy gamers, and a word of warning these games are long meaning it could take a couple of months to conqure on the citys of china and this game has a steep learning curve,so this game has a limited amount of players who will actually apreciate what this game has to offer.
