Enjoy Captain America, it's pretty good man!
I'm hoping to get out to see Spidey 2 this weekend, I've been waiting a long time for it to come out

Between random Internet outages and my laptop deciding randomly to freeze, I've been falling behind and since I was already a little behind on things, I'm trying hard to catch up before it snowballs out of control.
As far as gaming goes, I'm a little cash-starved so getting new games is off the table for now. Instead, I've delved back into the 3DS-port of Tales of the Abyss. I think now's as good a time as any to try my luck against a certain bonus boss at one of the higher difficulty settings so I can snag one of the few titles I've still yet to get. My brother made an attempt a while back and was thwarted pretty nastily, it didn't help that he was only doing about 1HP of damage with each hit to a boss that had over 200,000 (maybe even more, I don't remember the exact number). I've been preparing quite a lot, so maybe, just maybe I won't have the same bad run he did. I also tried filling up more of the collector's book this playthrough, but it looks like I've got at least one more to go before I can accomplish that particular goal.
Also made some tentative plans to go see Captain America: The Winter Soldier with my brother, so here's hoping neither of us get sick like we always seem to right after making the decision to go, we missed out on a bunch of movies that way.
I enjoyed Tales of the Abyss up to the point where you have to split into two teams and complete a task within a certain time. My first team somehow managed to clear their side with only a minute left which was not nearly enough time for me to complete the second teams task. So I quit and never picked it up again.
I think I know the part you're describing, every time I go through it I'm a little peeved at the short amount of time that's given to complete it. Though I'm pretty sure the game moves on ahead if you can't make it in time. Not that I'm speaking from personal experience, of course. I've always finished up that part flawlessly, hehe...
I'm planning on seeing Cap America this week too.
The thing about Tales games, is, for me, there's always a point where you just have to grind and get your level up, and then you can defeat whatever boss you're stuck on. Every tales game I have played has been like that.
