I got a ban threat, so changing course.

The staff here seems to want things to stay low-key and non-controversial, so I have no choice. I will have to talk about more boring things than I wanted to here, but I will stay. I will continue to bring my exciting stuff to vgchartz and IGN. VGchartz really welcomes console wars and fights over them. Check it out if interested. Here, I will try to write reviews and give toned down and self-censored opinions, as depressed as it makes me. Thanks for reading this boring blog.

I didn't ask you not to post your opinion, I asked you not to intentionally antagonize and insult the users of this community. If your opinion is so base that it doesn't evolve beyond trolling Microsoft and waving a Sony PlayStation flag, then you're right, this probably isn't the place for you. Sorry.

When you first brought this up, I invited you to make a forum thread if you chose to discuss the console wars. That'll give everyone a centralized place to keep on the topic and will (hopefully) prevent people from spamming the topic in the blogs.

If all that doesn't sound kosher to you, feel free to keep the path at VGChartz or wherever else that type of discussion is acceptable.

We have yet to see a grass stain she can't tackle with the Washing Board. It's like my Wife has biceps of steel and wrists of magic.

In the 1950s, people used to argue about exactly this kind of thing, believe it or not. My Maytag is better than your Kenmore. My Zenith TV is better than your Motorola.

That said, compared to the Android/iOS Apple/Samsung arguments that erupt on freakin' BUSINESS sites like the Wall Street Journal and Forbes, Gamemaster is a model of restraint.

The flag waving bit is tired. I don't mind reading opinions about consoles when they offer poor services. The XBox One "always on" controversy, lack of Wii U games from Nintendo, and Sony's lack of classic games on PSN is fair game for criticism, from a consumer advocate point of view. Actively insighting anger through personal attacks is not going to fly around here, but you can be creative about it.
