Family Guy Fustrations and FF13-3 Impressions

Im really fustrated with this game and Im about to uninstall it. I know free games kind of try to rely on paid microtranscations but the Family Guy game gets ridiclous. I began to get fustrated when they  literally gave me a quest that requires  me to buy something with actual money. I wiped it off and just have left it where it is on my side menu. Then throught  the  circus  I  finally made several connections. Several of the characters are locked behind clam buys which requires actual money as well as items that would have given me the rest of the circus items needed to make Peters clown outfit. The only free way is to get the clowns which dont pop up enough, oh and there is only one item you can buy with coins from the game to get the cotton candy item but thats it.  Games normally dont overkill it like this even for free to play. This is ridiclousness so if that sort of thing annoys you do not download the game, just avoid it.

I watched my lil sister Cassie play Final Fantasy 13: Lightening Returns and she is severally disappointed which I expected. While watching her play it she stated to me that for her, the graphics arent great, they changed  the gameplay again which drives her bonkers, and the story so far is ridiclous. The ending to 2 already made it ridiclous but apparently the beginging to lightening returns just makes it worse. I couldnt even finish the first game, It gave me headaches and the combat mechanic wasnt my cup of tea. Me and my sister share the, if we dislike a game it gives us headaches syndrome.

Anywho, I think Ill give Lone Survivor another go tonight. Lets hope I dont fuck it up!

That headahces induced by disliking something strongly thing you and your sister share sounds interesting. I wonder if there's a part of the brain that controls both frustration and headaches. I get headaches when I'm already flustered and things don't want to work. Of course, you have to factor in that in both these cases, there's an electronic device hurting the eyes, which is known to cause headaches.

Its pretty weird but I do think there is a connection to fustration and headaches. I dont the electronic dvice does much in headaches for me, i typically dont sit too close to my tv when playing games. My sister has eye problems from doing that when she was a kid watching cartoons.

Theres a ton of games on android that do this I have 2 suggestions only get games you buy not free and if you do download free games make sure it says no ingame purchases.

Normally Lee there not this up in your face about in game trancations. I honeslty dont buy apps on my phone, I dont think that highly of phone app games yet to be fleshing money out to them. I should have figured though that the Family Guy one would do that though.

Yeah that clown quest is total BS. I bought two cotton candy machines, but other than that I really didn't even try. I just focused on trying to unlock the main story folks (I finally got Meg!). I'm still going to play it, but I'm not as focused on it, like Simpsons Tapped Out. Once I unlock all the main (free) characters, I'll call it a day.

I unlocked Meg too and Im prolly gonna play it to that point as well where all the characters are unlocked but thats it. I gave the clown quest my best shot, i failed of course.

Are you talking about Family a Guy: The Quest for Stuff? I just started playing it last week. But only for 5 minutes. I like it, but I was wondering how reliant it actually is on micro transactions.

Yes Jamie I am, it will eventually give you a quest  that requires and ingame purchase to complete. You dont have to do it, its still on my side bar. Several characters are locked behind real money buys and  the recent clown quest had several items real money locked.

That sounds like a terrible way to make a game, though they most likely just wanted as many people paying for things as possible.
