PSN download F#&€% Up

So im on my ps3 shopping saw a sale on Atlier Rotori Alchemist of Arland for $20 and bought it after downloading it I realized it was for the Vita ( yea I know duuuurrr ) I contacted customer support 5 times including a manager who agreed to refund it but all four emails I got were denied WTF Sony after spending over 200 bucks in a months time you think they would have a heart nottttt.......

They really need to make it more obvious the version you're buying. I've almost accidently bought the Vita versions of games several times. Vita versions should be a different color or something.

The sad part is I used the filter for ps3 games only.....

Sony is not known for their customer service, at least I don't think so. There are a lot of confusing things about the PSN store.

That's bullshit...they gave you a promise, they need to own up on their end.

All it takes it 1 "Awww Shit" to cancel out 100 "Attaboy!" moments...

this might be one of Sony's "Awww Shit" moments. Let's hope not

I haven't had any Sony customer support experiences personally, but I've heard nothing but bad things on here.

I get fooled sometimes trying to download PS3 game demos, and then I realize its VITA only!

I bought Dragon Fantasy Book I, which gives you a copy for both PS3 and Vita, but I mistakenly installed the Vita version on my PS3 and was stuck with a tiny screen. I thought for sure I chose the PS3 version to install.
