Have you ever played a game that was so boring that it put you to sleep mid-play?

Why yes just recently actually. It' was Tokyo Jungle. Found out I was playing as a dog and ended up falling asleep while in the tall grass.

What? Stop looking at me like that?!?!?!

I did nearly fall asleep while playing Ghost of Sparta the other day.  That probably had more to do with the fact that I was tired than it being actually boring.

Lego Lord of the Rings on the PS3. I'm not a fan of the storyline and I can't get into this game.

I almost fell asleep in the movies, but every time I almost did, Legolas or Strider schooled some fools and I was back on board.

I have almost fallen asleep several times playing Sonic CD, but let's keep in mind, I played it like a million times cause I used its presence on my phone to make wait times in office settings more bearable. So only kind of the game's fault. I mean it did get boring, but y'know, extraneous variables and such.

I'll run a X2 (Chi-squared) goodness-of-fit test and apply Varimax rotation and get back to you on what % of this was the actual game's fault.

You know Sonic CD is probably the only Sonic game I haven't played. I don't know why I never bought it, but you say it's on phones...I might have to drop the 2.99.

I can't stand those movies. This is where fans will hate me, but it drags on. Heck I could have/should have finished off the game already but even the game seems to drag on.

I fall asleep  while  gaming  regularly,  but from fatigue  as opposed to boredom... The only game  that has put me to sleep is Broken Sword... That  game is garbage

Tecmo Super Bowl

Great game, but back in my sophmore year of high school I use to get high all the time with my friend Justin, and I fell asleep every time I got high, so the list of games I dozed off during would be a long list. The only one I remember clearly was Tecmo Super Bowl.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GC).  Yep, I said it. Sailing is boring.

I had trouble staying awake during LEGO Harry Potter. I enjoyed it but it is was so easy and relaxing. It made my wife really frustrated lol.

hmm, not actually sleeping, but Lightning Returns made me want to light up a crack pipe to make it interesting.

Only the original XIII bored me to sleep. I liked the others.

The only time I fell asleep playing a game was playing Chrono Cross. I don't think it was boredom exactly, but turn based combat at 4 am can put you to sleep.

I think I must have done it before, because I can seem to recall something but I don't remember what it was about. Other than that, I had never falled asleep while playing a game.

A game that put me to sleep but not from boredom but soothing music was Flasback on the SNES.

My vote is for Dragon Age 2. Holy crap, those recycled dungeons bored me to tears.

Never fell asleep while playing a game because of boredom. Insomnia on the other hand...
