Nope.  Whatever the case may be, if you haven't ever had an In N Out cheeseburger you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you leave CA without doing so! ;)

I'll let you in. I have had an In N Out burger in Dallas. I didn't like it that much and didn't see the big deal. I've had them animal style and plain, both fries and burgers and just didn't get it, finding Whataburger (a southern chain) to be much more tasty. However, I did tell goaztecs I'd try one in Cali to see if my opinion changes, but we're both thinking it may well just be a pallette thing. 

Anyway, I am planning on going once in Cali, but to be honest, it doesn't look like there are many around the places we are going when we have time to eat. So I'm making an effort, but we'll see. 

Have fun in what is currently breezy Southern California...and don't forget Double-Double, grilled onions, with well done animal style fries. 

Forgot grilled onions, but did get Double Double animal style with normal fries (I borrowed another students' animal style fries). Verdict is: it is better than in Dallas, but it is still just a burger. I like the prices though. Very not California of them. That $10 water I bought today on the other hand ... well, I'm glad the bottle was awesome and huge. 

Holy cow $10 for bottled water? That is crazy. Good to hear California In-N-Out is better than in Texas. Yeah it's just a burger...America's Best Burger! 

Nooope. That would be a Whataburger ... well, the Texas Toast.

Totally did. Made lots os networking connections for future job prospects once I have my Master's too.
