Just a quick rundown of stuff that's been happening recently, for anyone who's interested.
- It may have taken longer than I would've liked but my brother and I finally saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier. We both liked the movie a lot, and as someone who was also following Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., it was cool to finally know just exactly caused the huge shift in the show the past few weeks. Speaking of which, I also really liked the season finale and I hope the next season's even better.
- Had some cash to spare for the first time in a while, so I decided to pick up a copy of the 3DS version of Conception II (because I could get the Vita version, but then all I could do is look at it since I don't own a Vita). I'm digging the game so far, though with the self-imposed restriction of not using the Internet as a guide, I can't help but think I'm making the wrong dialogue choices at certain points. Oh well, I'm having fun, I can hardly wait to see what messed up ending I've chosen for myself! My brother also made an attempt to pick up a copy of A Link Between Worlds for himself, but for whatever reason the guy at the counter decided to give him a used copy (with the previous owners save file still there even!) instead of the new copy he specifically asked for. So that was a bit of a headache, but at least there wasn't much of a hassle with him getting a refund.
- Also helped my brother add to his ever-growing manga collection, and downloaded some new music for myself to boot! I've grown to be a big fan of the stuff from OCReMix and it felt good to actually contribute a little money to their Mega Man-themed album, For Everlasting Peace: 25 Years of Mega Man. I've only listened to it once so far, and I've got nothing but good things to say about it, I like it a bunch.
