Hey everyone!
Anyone know if The Sims 3 is any good for the ps3? I had this on my old PC before it broke and I really liked it. There is not a snowball's chance in hell my current PC will run it so I was thinking I might pick up the ps3 version on the cheap from Amazon. There are a lot of positive reviews on Amazon but I'd rather hear from somebody I know is into gaming more than just casually. My main concern in the controls obviously.
Any thoughts?
Can't help from personal experience, as I never played the Sims, but I tend to trust Amazon reviews, they've been heklpful for me in the past, so if they're mostly positive, I'd say go for it.
At least you won't have the hassle everyone else is downloading the new one on PC...
Yeah i'm tied on this one. I'll prob check out some videos online of the gameplay and see how it plays

Yeah i'm the same. From what i've seen on youtube vids it seems to play well enough. I just worry the controls will be sluggish
I never played Sims 3 off of the PC but I did play Sims2 on the PS2 and I wasn't a fan, I liked it on the PC a lot better. For some reason it seems easier to control and do everything on the PC instead of on a console with Sims in general.
