She also says "line" for the first level. The shapes that form are seemingly random and not related to the level you have achieved. Levels being line, triangle, square, etc.
I think they're just meant as a way of expressing progression. Line, triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon. A new "level" every ten seconds and you win when you get to hexagon! Super!
