I feel cheap reposting articles and links from other sites, but I feel it's okay to bring to attention because you all are so cool. And so here we have a 22 min speed run of Dark Souls 2, posted over on Neogaf. It does take advantage of gliches, but I thought it was funny and entertaining nevertheless. Here is the vid. 

 

Also, over at usgamer.net, where a bunch of former 1up writers now live, they added a new "Game of the Month" feature, or atleast I think it's  new, which I find is really useful. I like the site a lot and it's been my replacement for 1up articles and news since 1up died and I trust their gaming selections as much as Pixlbit communities of course. 

They chose Transistor as game of the month, as well as Wolfenstein, Mario Kart 8 and Watch Dogs as honorable mentions.

A brief gaming update.
I was in a bit of a lull after completing Dark Souls 2, and the only remedy is to keep playing more Dark Souls 2. However, I picked up Wolfenstein for PC, and well, I think it's just a fun, entertaining shooter just like the old days, and that's what  a  lot of gamers are saying and I agree with those gamers. It's old and new and it's hella cool! I think after watching X-MEN: DoFP film I was in the mood for a dark alternate future/war/action game and I got that in Wolfenstein. I like the story and world and kickass soundtrack. It's similar to Bioshock, Darkness 2, etc. Is it metal? I think it's metal!
