Killer Be Killed is a super-group comprised of, Troy Sanders ( Bass, Co- Vocals, Band: Mastodon ), Max Cavalera ( Guitar, Vocals, Bands: you know, Soulfly, Sepultura, Nailbomb...), Greg Puciato ( Vocals, Guitar, Band: The Dillinger Escape plan), Dave Elitch ( Drummer, Band: Former, The Mars Volta).

With this mix, I expected nothing but good things and I was right. This album is awesome from the first track to the last. I can hear the amount of detail and work put into it. I 100% back this album and see it as a must have of the super-groups that have come along.

He played drums with them for about a year between 2009 and 2010. He has rather a varied resume. He's also played for Timberlake and Miley Cyrus.

I would never troll your blogs Larry. You said he played for The Mars Volta and indeed he did.

I just had to look up when since The Mars Volta is a band I like and I knew that other than Omar and Cedric the rest of the band was a revolving door.

Omar and Cedric were in a punk band called At The Drive In before they went from punk to prog. LOL

I'm doing some metal tests on my computer to show YArger he can make metal on his computer. I'm kind of in the middle of another project, but metal always kind of draws me in even though I don't really listen to it. There's just something about the genre that has mystique that I want to play with.

Since the last time we talked about metal I listened to a lot of different things and bands I hadn't heard of, but one of my new favorite bands I heard recently is the Italian power metal band Ancient Bards. Sexiest lady singer ever, I really like her voice. She's super good.
