Hey Pixlbit. Just wanted to make a quick post. I'm trying to decide which game to get between LBP and Tearaway. GameStop recently price dropped both of them and caught my interest. I've played a little bit of both of them before, but not enough to complete them. So what are your opinions on these games? Which do you think is the best purchase? Or do you guys and gals think I should just buy both of them? I'd appreciate your responses!

BEYOND!

i've heard they are both good, but I couldn't really stand either of them.  LBP is just like all the others... slow starting, though I'm sure it is fun.  Tearaway is cool, but I just got mad at it for some reason and stopped playing.  I think I would go with Tearaway though if you've already played a LBP game.

I know what you mean. I got bored of the previous LBP games on the PS3 because it felt like they started out slow. Tearaway has a neat concept with the gameplay. I'm surprised that it was one of the games that I enjoyed using the Vita functions. I just found out that the LBP community have been building different levels and have created 8,000,000 levels! So that's one big reason why it caught my attention.

I never got sucked into LBP, so I cannot really comment on that game.  I will say that I literally could  of put Tearaway down.  I started it the 26th of December and had it finished by the new year, it was one of my favourite experiences of 2013.

I've read that it's a short game. Takes around 4-5 hours to complete but a few more if you would collect everything and platinum the game. I bought it on release week but I got bored of it after a few hours. Now that it's at a reasonable price, I think I'll have another go at it. I ended up buying both but pre owned copies to see if I'll actually keep them.

LBP is a great fit on Vita, but it's still more LBP. Tearaway is different and beats it in charm, uniqueness (even if this was the first LPB), and gameplay. Definitely Tearaway.

I see your point. I got bored in the first LBP, but I'm actually enjoying the Vita version right now. Tearaway is a fantastic game. The only downside is the fact that it's so short.

I want Tearaway more than LBP because it seems more like an adventure game. I really want to see what they did with this paper art style too.
