End Of June Update

Well I hope everyone here is well, I know I havent been around a whole lot but...blame my alienware laptop and the Witcher for that. There the crimnals in this affair, not me! With this laptop ive been able to do way more in the area of PC gaming then I could before. Not to mention its travel handy which I needed for my job. Nightshift can get a bit boring in the caregiving line of business. I mostly been playing the Witcher which I beat about 2 days ago I wanna say. The game was excellent and I loved it. However Im playing the sequel and there are def differences between it and the first game that Im trying to adjust to but im not excatly happy about either. Im still gonna play it and beat it, The story and characters have their claws in my skin so far that I refuse to let some differences deter me! For those who conqured the second game first, i bow to you since you made a pretty good choice compared to my situation but hey thats a video games life, things change during the course of a games line sometimes and we can either continue on or accept game over.

Overall my job is going well, I got complimented by my client a few nights ago that im doing a good job. i can only think its because I dont treat him like a child and still try to give him independence to do things himself. Im just here to make sure he gets around okay and doesnt fall. There is some light drama amongst some of the other girls but im staying nuetral with it. Im not doing drama here, I had it at Goodwill and thats was enough for me.

I havent bought much game wise but I havent excartly updated on what I bought a few weeks back which ill do here soon. Two games Im debating on buying are Murdered: Soul Suspect and Mario Kart 8. Im leaning more toward Mario Kart because there still offering the free game download and it seems lot of people here have it. Id love to join in on any race days yall are doing.

Anywho thats the current life of me, how are yall? Things going good? i hope they are!

And yes I bought the The Witcher 2 from the Steam Sale! It sunk its dirty claws into me but luckly let go after i bought it. I guess my low self appeased the Steam God with my one purchase.

I decided to buy Shovel knight on this paycheck and i made a good purchase im def enjoying it, even if im sucking at it,lol! MK8 Im prolly buying my next paycheck before the free game deal expires.

Im glad u found a new job. Sounds much saner and more rewarding. Good luck with it and enjoy that lAptop! Im buying a new lenovo with dual gpus this week.

I hope you enjoy your new laptop as well! Mine is doing wonderful so far, ive played Enslaved, The Witcher 1 and 2, Starbound, Shovel Knight, Alice Madness Returns and the SIms 3 with no issues on high settings. Pretty happy gamer right now ^_^

This job is def more saner, not to mention low drama. Which is excatly what I needed!

I recently got Witcher 2 as well. I love the characters and the combat but the second city I went to was so labrinythine that I've had a difficult time accomplishing my main objectives. (I'm still stuck trying to gather all the things that are a "cure" for the female hero general who ingested some sort of nasty poison.)

I love it too but im still upset over some of the changes they did. I can only figure they used the give and take system on what to change and what was to stay the same. I just really liked how the first one played but im slowly adjusting. Im still in the first town. Havent even killed the Kryan yet, im lame I know -_-

There good games! I def recommend you play them, Ill jsut worn you if you plan to do it in order expect changes between the gameplay and some features between the 2 games.

I probably play them in reverse order since my priority is to play the most recent games first.

Would like to try out the Witcher games, definitely look like a lot of fun from what I've seen of them.
