EVO Week 3rd Strike Day 4: Combo Break…Time

Hello everyone. Today is going be a bit of a short post today on account of I wanted to a bit longer on the idea I orinigally wanted to do…and I feel like crap because I’m sick with Bronchitis. And that’s not fun. But you know what is fun? Combos Videos. Combo Videos are almost an art form in themselves. The ability to take the game as its present condition and push what is capable by using any means necessary, whether is by glitches or incredible human skill, is truly amazing. So its not surprise that at EVO, as well as at many major fighting game tournaments, special combo videos are made with a collaboration of fighters that are often a true spectacle. Today I wanted to just show off a few of those amazing videos. If you know of some really awesome combo videos I missed, please feel free to share them. I’ll see you all tomorrow, hopefully feeling a bit better.

Yeah later that night I played a bunch of Ultra Street Fighter 4 after I posted that. I pumped me up...and got beat down pretty bad. lol

to me, fighting games have always been the hardest...I'd rather go thru DS2, Covenant of Champions on NG+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ than attempt to figure out how to cancel and combo.

I DID have a really good time with Street Fighter IV when it came out back a few years ago...I remember using all the characters to beat the game to get Seth as a playable character....then when I tried to play online, I'd get my ass promptly and soundly BEAT.

I understand your frustration. I got my ass handed to plently of times in SF 4 when it out and I never unlocked all of the characters untill 2011, and two other versions of SF4 were out by then. I guess it was just me sticking with it that I got used to online enviroment.
