Glad youre liking the beta...I found it pretty much to be a rinse n repeat standard shooter after spending a couple days with it. Im sure its better on ps4 than ps3.

Hello fellow Pixlbit readers. It's been a while since I've posted something on here. Lately I haven't been getting that much pickups. Recently I've been trying to get a beta code for the PS4 from Twitter because a lot of people I follow are in the video game industry and they give a lot of codes away. Sadly I didn't get one from them. The day of the beta release for the PS4, I got an email from Playstation showing a beta code for the PS4. I was shocked to see they would just send me one. Even though I reserved it for the Xbox One.
My thoughts on the beta; Wow....just wow. The atmosphere of the game reminds me of a mix of Mass Effect, Borderlands and Halo. The graphics of the beta are amazing. Gameplay feels great. The leveling system is good and the difficulty with the enemies is fair. I wanted to get the Limited Edition for the PS4 after I played the beta and leveled out my character but it was too late. I know I should get it for the XB1 because most of my friends are on that console and I really need more games for that system. Sucks that the games for it got moved to 2015.
Pickups:
I only got two games since the last time I posted something. The only things I got were Socery and Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest. Both of which are move games. When I went to TRU I saw Medieval Moves on clearance. I thought about it but ended up passing it up. Once I learned that it was an on rail shooting game, I knew I wanted to get it. So I stopped by my local GameStop and bought a copy. I'm actually having fun with it. The move works well with it. I would've gotten a new copy at TRU but it would've been $4 more. I know I sound pretty cheap but hey, why not save a few dollars. And I don't mind getting a used copy for cheaper. As long as it's in great condition.
My next pickup was Sorcery. I saw that this was a wizard type game that also uses the navigation controller so I decided to pick it up as well. It was also the same price as Medieval Moves. I haven't gotten that much gameplay into it but I know it handles pretty well with the move controllers.
Well Pixlbit, that's all for now. I'll try to post more stuff this week if the Destiny beta doesn't consume me.
BEYOND!
