There's a decent sale going on right now on the PSN, Superhero-themed games are recieving fairly deep discounts.

Since my son has been such a good boy, and since his 3DS XL is STILL out of commission, I decided I'd snag him a digital copy of LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes today for the paltry sum of $4.20. He's played and beat this game on his handheld, but that being so, I think he'll breeze through most sections using a Dualshock controller. Like I said, he's a really good boy...just wanted to show him I appreciate him, albeit in a small way.

For myself I picked up Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition for less than $9. That's a steal, if you ask me...and though I'm not a huge fan of fighting games, I've been becoming more of a fan of games that I can pick up and play without having huge involvements in (I'm looking at you, Dark Souls and DS2). Injustice seems like just that, and I've no trouble merely checking out YouTube to get some pro tips on improving my fighting game skills.

yeah i considered picking up Injustice in this BAtman sale, but I didn't. There's a lot of good sales, but....

I really have no business spending any more money on last-gen games....but being as I still have the rest of the year and a good portion of next year to finish up with my PS3, I figured what the hell....

I'm kinda on the fence with most of these tieles. Injustice sounds like a good deal but I usually prefer to get my game physically it comes to that kind of size. But then again I'm still debating about getting some of those PSP RPG's being offered on sale. I don't have a real pull to own them but their prices are much better than what's being offered in retro stores, phyiscal media or otherwise.

i didn't know that there are PSP games on sale....I still have seven bucks and change left in my wallet...and am replacing the battery to my psp this weekend....

That was such a good sale on PSN. Lots of good stuff for cheap, and your son got a fun game. My younger cousins played a ton of that game just driving/flying around Gotham without ever jumping into an actual level.
