I listened to some of the music from Kirby Triple Deluxe today (excited to start that game) and so thought it'd be a good time to highlight some Kirby love from OCR. This remix is from Dream Land 2 and an acoustic/electric hybrid. (Is there really any breakbeat in it? Not sure since I'm a little foggy on what constitutes that in the first place.) Like the franchise it pulls from, this song is very upbeat and energetic. Things start pretty sedate, though, with piano and a relaxing guitar but once the synth textures fade in things really drop into high gear. There is a nice variety, especially with the amount of percussion throughout. Definitely the kind of song that can only improve one's day

It starts okay at the beginning but kind goes all over in the middle. I had to stop listening to it after this. Not what I was expecting from the start of such a light tune. I guess I need to play more kirby games.
