My weekend....well I'm once again having to make the trek to *ugh* New England. So expect me to taunt the New England area to do it's worse with the twitter hashtag #stillalive. Once over there I'll be lucky to get some games in but I made sure to buy FF VI and VII for my PSP so I have something to enjoy in case my 3DS or packed up Wii don't slake my gaming craving while I'm over in *ugh* New England for a whole week.

Might do some clothes shopping for my "Little One" but strickly goodwill variety. Goodwill is cool right? I listened to that Thrift Shop song...

I lived in New England for a while, was stationed at Naval Sub Base New London.

Bout the only good thing to be found there was a strip club, right outside of base....called Silk Stockings.

Being from CA....I did NOT mesh well with New England.  It was interesting to say the least...but honestly....Great Britain should've fought harder and KEPT it lol.

and as long as you're not eat bat meat...you should be in the clear.

Persona 4 is not better than Demon's Souls. Like, not even remotely.

that's purely your own opinion.  Has no basis in fact,  And DUDE - you can at least chime in about what you're doing this weekend!

Demon's Souls is definitely and objectively better than Dark Souls 2, and some days I think it's Dark Souls 1. As for my weekend - not much. I am sick as all hell. In fact, typing these two comments out has taken significant effort.

I was referring to Persona 4 being not as good as the Dark Souls games.  In my opinion Dark Souls is the best of the 3.  Demon's Souls is definitely not better than either of the Dark Souls games.  

You'll be alright.  Drink some Robitussin.

Not very much of it.  Perhaps I'll change tune by the time I complete it.  

Oh. That makes sense. Demon's SOuls took me a tonne of attempts to get into, even after playing Dark Souls. However, that atmosphere. It is the most atmospheric in the series, and the creepiest. It also has some of the best boss fights in the series, or at least the most inventive. 

That corn looks good. I used to cook it on the grill with butter and Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning. I miss having a grill. Still muckin about in the wilds of Skyrim, I think I'm going to get back into the main story again before I competely forget what is going on. Watching Ultimate Spiderman animated series. I 'm really impressed with it, lot of well known Marvel writers pening the episodes. I need to go back and finish Persona 4. I have not played in so long I may have to start over.

Are you watching Ultimate Spidey on Netflix?  I always think about watching cartoons...but my son....he loves to ask all sorts of questions when I'm watching cartoons....so I end up having to watch a single episode 3 times in order to get the gist of the plot.

Yeah, thats the one. My friends kid is the same way, starts to feel like an interrogation or something.lol

For some reason, I thought I already commented here, but I must have took my after-work nap before I finished. 

I probably won't participate in tax-free weekend either. I should, but I just don't know what I'd be buying. My classes are online and I'm not sure what books I'll need yet. 

Playing: I really don't know. Last week I played Quake with my friend Austin, which goes way too fast on N64. This weekend, I'm trying to play with my friends' puppy again. 

Watching: Speaking of that puppy, her name is Korra. I'll be watching the new Legend of Korra episode as well as the last four episodes of Breaking Bad. 

Eating: I'm trying to eat what I have at home, so steak, chicken, burgers, salami, and honey turkey are all options, as are eggs and bread. I kinda went overboard and ate all of my Lucky Charms and Fruity Pebbles in a day. My friend Austin graduates with his Master's tomorrow though, so we'll see where that goes. I told him to invite me if he goes somewhere with his family. *Cough*

I would like some Mexican corn ...

gotta get a nice meal in on the grad's coattails. =)

I don't think that P4 and Souls are very comparable, but I do love Persona 4, especially on the glorious PSVita screen! I actually prefer P3 on the big screen, if only because I like walking around places. P3P streamlined everything by removing free-roaming movement, and I like exploring. The portable is good too. 

I need to log in to my MMOs this weekend. I'm making good progress on Demon's Souls. Just need World 3, 4 & 5 or 4, 3 & 5 or 3, 5, 4. LOL!  I've got two builds going!

they're two different games for sure.  I was havng too much fun with Persona 4.

My gaming buddy is in Virginia this weekend, but he's back on Monday. I'm going to play some Silent Hill: Book of Memories on Vita on Sunday (5-8 EST). I'm going to see if daftman and I can get some multiplayer in. I'll probably hit my favorite Starbucks for that (they have lots of big arm chairs).

Then on Monday I'm going to dig into Witch and the Hundred Knight some more and then do Demon's Souls for the club 5-8 EST. 

Hmm, I played some Plundernauts, cooked some steak with some new seasoning (it wasn't good, and I'm sticking with good old salt n' peppper), and I went into Marathon Mode of Top Chef Season 11.
