I was pretty sure it wasn't a permanent thing even before I read that news.

I'm not sure it will be of any help to Microsoft in terms of boosting Xbox One sales. It will take a lot more than a Tomb Raider game to make up the 5 million units they need to catch up with Sony and that's only if PS4 stands still and waits for them. :D

I was hopeing it wasnt but they were making it sound like too much of a true and possiable thing. I mean the letter enough they wrote made me rage enough against them,lol.

This isn't much of a surprise really. Remember when Square Enix considered the Tomb Raider reboot a "failure"? Despite selling over 3.4 million copies at the time? That's crazy lol. It costs so much to make AAA games nowadays. If they restricted it to one console, especially one that's lagging behind in sales like the X1... well, it just doesn't seem viable.

I know, it seemed ridiclous to do that def in the aspect side of the first game not selling how they wanted. I was just pissed that it seemed they were really making an it an exclusive, I really wanna continue this series on my ps4 down the road. For me if Xbox wants a game like Sony has uncharted then they need to create an IP for themselves.

Tomb Raider wouldnt even come close to getting a Xbone over a ps4 as of right now Sony is still king of consoles and I beleive there library will be more geared for me Disgaea 5 anyone lol!!!

Excatly, I just couldnt wrap how they think the xbone will bring the sales number up for both the game and the system.

What gets me is how Microsoft thinks all there gimmicks on the Xbone makes it better a gamer wants a console with a diverse library and easy to use functions sorry Microsoft your going to have to do better then Xbox on lol!!!

I think it would have been much worse if this game was releasing this year. But having to wait like a year after Holiday 2015, like Holiday 2016 for PC and PS4 would really suck! I wouldn't buy an XBoxOne for this game though. 

Ill be making the wait regardless if I get a xbone one before then or not. I started it on my PS4 and Ill shall continue it. Xbox wont win this one with me,lol

I was pissed when I heard it was an Xbone exclusive, I'm still pissed, lol. I hate that I will have to wait a year plus now to play this game because of Microsoft.

I understand how ya feel, Its complete ridiclousness but hey maybe we will get the edition with all the DLC in one package now because of the wait. I say its only fair,lol!

Good. I mean, I fucking hated the first one with a passion, but this game drew in fans from EVERY PLATFORM! Why then exclude them for the sequel?  Fucking bullshit.

I liked it, I watched my sister playthrough it and then after I had forgotten about it I played thru it on the PS4. It was shitty of them to pull this, the game started as multiplatform with the first in the reboot so it should continue that way. Im glad it atleast is only a timid one.

well, like someone said on twitter, the games industry treats exclusivity like Tiger Woods treats marriage.

I don't understand the whole 'timed exclusive' thing, though at least Square Enix gets some extra money out of it.

I sadly dont feel the same way, I honestly think thats its utter bullshit to do that with a game that started multiplatform. PC and PS4 players are prolly not gonna see this game till 2016 or even 2017.
