I'm having my own issues with games not working as well. First the PC crap (easy fixes though), now I'm being reminded that my wireless Gamecube controller only wants to allow one shoulder button to work at a time, meaning I got stuck on an instruction screen in Viewtiful Joe just now. At least I wasn't six hours in. That's rough, man. What you need is a picture of a Quokka:

I think I'm going to take this little guy's lead and go to sleep before I get more mad at technology not working (my TV is also being annoying as the signal goes haywire on ABC). 

That's weird that auto save doesn't work for side quest accomplishments. I'm used to my Steam games auto saving about every few steps or when even the smallest of significant events or cutscenes happens. 

These problems are on all system, and apparently PS3 has the worst of the problems. Knowing this game there's probably a microtransaction to get your saves back.

I've never understood the term "microtransaction." Spending even a penny on something I think should be free gives me a very macro negative reaction. At least I imagine it would. Never actually made a microtransaction. I mean that one sex worker said I did, but ... ooohhhhh, I just got what she meant by that. Bitch.

Dead Space 1 and 2 weren't really scary either, and this has one of the most unsettling moments in the series history, so Idk wtf people are on about. It's got more action, sure, but Dead Space has always been an action series.

Wasn't this a coop game? I remember it being coop like RE5, with an AI partner? I only played 1 and 2 so far. I don't like the sound of the save issue.

It's co-op, but there's no AI partner. He disappears if you play single player.

Nope. It has a save and quit option that does absolutely nothing lol.

That some crazy shit, I didnt think D3 was that broken. Kind of sad though because I wanted to try and tackle the series again sometime.

Just play something else. 

I am. But it was a good game that I played good money for that I was planning on finishing, especially since I had beaten the first  2 the previous week and have fuck all else to do whilst looking for work.
