Nintendo 2DS Sea Green

So I went a bought me the Sea Green 2DS yesterday and let me say I love it. Its small like original 3DS was but its actually really comfortable and easier in my opinion to hold. It also feels lighter compared to 3DS XL. I also love the fact that there is no side scroll button to bug the fuck out of me with the 3D effect. I hated the 3D on the previous systems. Actually I hate 3D on anything really but thats just me. For something priced on the cheaper side for lack of 3D and smallness its actually worth the 129.99. Ive been playing on it non stop since I got it oh and surprise, have not dropped it once yet *knock on wood*. I dropped my old 3DS several times during its lifespan with me.

The pic might be distorted since my phone seems to take huge has pictures. I really love the green minty color mixed with the white. Thats why I bought it instead of the red or blue one that has been avaiable for awhile. I do plan to on another 3DS XL in the future but Im kind of waiting on a special edition one that I really want. This will gladly hold me off till that day. If your looking to join in on the Nintendo handheld family and you need a cheaper option as well as dont mind the loss of the 3D effect this is a great option. Heck Id say if you dont want the 3D at all the begin with to get this.

If I didn't already have a 3DS, I might be tempted to get a 2DS. I've been blind in my left eye since birth and can't see 3D effects anyway. I'm just glad you can turn the 3D off in games on the 3DS, unlike the Virtual Boy, which I never got for that reason.

that's exactly the model I'm gonna get for my son in a week or two. Gonna keep his busted 3ds XL for myself and get it fixed one of these days!

I certainly believe he will love it, Its very comfortable to hold and its light weight so it doesnt hurt ur arms no where near as fast as the XL does after a long period of playing.

Im def loving the color, the green is very pretty and matches well to the white. Kind of wish they would do an XL this color.

That's a nice handheld. I don't care for the 3D stuff either, and I never use it on my 3DS XL. The new Smash Bros. 3DS XL edition looks good. If I didn't already have one I would jump on that set.

I totally thought about getting that one but Im gonna wait. Might buy it for the Bf if it comes over here to america. So far i think its still only announced for Europe.
