I remember having problems with the batclaw too.
Michaelangelo's Pizza

Cary mentioned last week that he had Raphael's all-meat Pizza Hut TMNT promotional cheesy bites pizza from Pizza Hut, and I said I'd try one, so I did. I went with Mikey's, which is topped with smoked ham, pepperoni, jalapenos, and pineapples cause he's the "jokester, so weird ingredients I guess. My overall impression is that it was good, but the jalapenos made it a bit too hot and I couldn't always taste all the ingredients because of it. I'm glad I went with Mikey's though, cause I really liked the combination when it wasn't overpowered by heat. Cary said he went with Raph's cause he's the best turtle, but my middle name is Michael and I'd say Mikey is the best in this new version. No, I haven't seen the movie, but the other turtles in the trailer get mentioned as "the leader," "the rebel," "the smart one," but Mikey just gets "Mikey." Why? Cause he's awesome and his parts in the trailer are the only reason I might eventually rent the movie on DVD. He seemed like the only one adding real personality to the proceedings. I could be wrong, but I'm not about to pay theater prices to find out. As for the cheesy bites gimmick, I'd be fine with just a stuffed cheese crust, which would serve the same purpose for me. I could just rip it off if I wanted to dip it and the pizza would be easier to hold when eating with a normal crust. I get that it's intended for people to share and dip, but honestly, I'd be just as pissed if someone took cheesy bites off my piece as I would if they ripped part of a normal cheesy crust. Oh and I got my pizza katana cut, which just means it came in four slices.
I also played Sanctum 2 yesterday and found it a bit dull. I'm not really a strategy guy, but even if I was, I felt it was too easy to just build a bunch of turrets for all the waves of enemies and shoot them dead quickly. It looks pretty and I like the art style, but I might have liked it more as just a straight FPS. Oh well, it was free.
Speaking of free, I rented The Raid 2 at Red Box yesterday as well. I'll be honest, I don't remember the actual plot points of the first one, just that it was a non-stop action ride I felt was a vastly superior action movie to 2012's Dredd, though I do really like Dredd as well. It didn't matter too much, as I was able to follow the story in this one and was once again given one of the best-directed and visually arresting action movies I have seen in my life. I was a bit more invested in the plot and characters this time around too, though I was still mostly in it for the action. If you like martial arts or action movies at all, it's a must-see. Oh and I'd suggest subtitles. I started the movie watching it dubbed and the ADR actors take it seriously, but the lip sync being so far off makes it cheesy nonetheless, and these aren't really meant to be cheesy movies. Definitely improved when I switched to Indonesian audio with English subs.
I played more of Grand Theft Auto III as well. I've gotten used to some of the bizarre controls when using my PC/360 controller, and switching to classic controls helped, but I still need to find out how to map the pause button and definitely change the gun controls. I kept failing the first gun-toting mission cause my controller is mapped so that Start is aim and fire is A. Bullshit. I'm still having fun with it, but if I want to advance, I definitely need to change those controls.
I also got a bit farther in Origins until I got stuck trying to figure out why I can't batclaw these things that say a metal claw can be attached to them. There are hooks on the ceiling I'm guessing I should use somehow, but I don't know where the switch for them is. Or maybe I'm in the wrong room altogether, but I don't think so, cause Penguin's office is right in front of this room and I already explored all the rest of this boat I think I'm able to. Huh. I'll figure it out.
Well, that's all I can think of right now. See ya later.
