Hello fellow people of Pixlbit! It's been a long time since my last post on here. Lately I've just been enjoying what's left of my summer before school starts. I'm going to assume some of you have watched the Gamescom event. I didn't pay too much attention to the event. Just watched some coverage of games that were already announced.
One of the games I paid attention to was Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Ghosts was fun and all but still felt like a lackluster title. I'm hoping Advanced Warfare will bring back the feel and comradery I had back in Modern Warfare 2. From the videos and discussions I've watched, it seems like an upscaled version of Black Ops II. Even if it is, it's still the same CoD we all know.
Another game I'm excited for is Disney Infinity 2.0. It seems like there are a lot of figures and sets already announced before the release. One set I'm ecstatic for is the Guardians of the Galaxy set. I recently watched the movie and I couldn't believe how great the movie is. I'll make a bold statement here and say that Guardians is much better than the Avengers movie.
Anyways, back to video games. So today I purchased Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition. I was so pumped for this game coming to the new consoles! I waited last night for the digital version to appear on the Xbox Live store but by the time it did I was already half asleep and just went to sleep. I even played my PC version for a while yesterday. I saw that I had a few trial cards and I gave one to my girlfriend. I was surprised to see that she really enjoyed it.
Another pickup I recently bought was Gears of War: Judgement. I played this game on launch and passed it within a week. Wasn't really impressed by it, but GameStop had it price dropped for $10. Of course the used price dropped as well so I just used a $5 off coupon for the used copy.
Well that's all for now Pixlbit readers. Hope you all have a great week.
BEYOND!
