Some of the articles I wrote have been published on http://plus10damage.com Look for the ones written by Joe Step.

Watched Bojack Horseman's first episode today. Seems ok so far. Gonna keep watching. Bit cynical for my tastes, but then Louie is kind of cynical and I think that show is brilliant. So far, Bojack is quite typical adult cartoon fare. I've also been rewatching Arrested Development's first few episodes. That show is hilarious. Too bad my family hated it when it was airing and refused to let me watch it at dinner We tended to talk and watch TV as a family when I was younger while also eating dinner; that is unless someone got the bullshit new-agey idea to just talk as a family instead. Just awful.

I also caught the season finale of Legend of Korra and still can't wait for the video game. Minor spoilers: Henry Rollins as a cartoon flies and puts people in wheelchairs? More of that, please.

And aside from napping, that's about what I've been up to. What about you?

I played New Vegas and then took a nap.

Was thinking about checking out Bojack.  I've been watching Workaholics.  That show is just crazy.

Workaholics is great. I need to watch more of that.

Thus far today I've gotten pissed off at the Specter Knight in Shovel Knight....killed the Flamelurker in Demon's Souls....and am now watching Wicked Tuna.  I think my girl is bringing me a couple homemade tortas from her mom's place....

Never heard of or seen or smelled or touched or tasted Wicked Tuna. Knowledge of it did just enter my conscience though.

Tortas? Que?

Walmart. Good idea. May do some grocery shopping there ... nah, Kroger's closer and those deals you get with your card are nice.

yeah we go early in the morning when it's not busy.  it's cheap for household items.  but there's a new Fry's that opening down the street from us in our neighborhood we might go to instead in the future.

On the article about black video games avatars "insiting" violence, I would add from personal experience playing a little San Andreas on Xbox that I never felt the things described on the article or your post. I played some of the game while not doing reckless arson or car slaughter and when violence was necessary for a mission, it was as "normal" as I do my shooting in Halo, I never felt like CJ insited me something. Then again, I do sandbox games carefully and try to avoid as much violence as posible, even if it defeats the whole porpuse. At the same time, in Colombia GTA was pretty much a video game staple and mostly what guys (and kids) did was rampage, but it didn't matter which GTA so long as it was GTA.

On the Avatar article describing digital media, I welcome digital as it is handy for things that are hard to buy physically, it's necessary for space porpuse and the warranty (though not exactly aplied to everything....). However, I don't really give up on physical, if only because I like to collect things and the for the cosmetics, though there's also the fact that not everything is online. I'd be also interested in what the future shows.

You say that, but what happens when you have an IAT test administered and your implicit thoughts come out? What then, huh? Huh? Tongue Out

Yeah, physical copies do make a bookshelf look nicer.

You mentioned Ci's Ci's, by the gods I love that pizza place! Not much here, bro. Just drinking a cold soda and resting from finishing a rather big illustration. Why do I do collages? It's like punishing myself!

I like it less and less, but there's so much food it's hard not to go sometimes for the low price. Collages, huh? Never did like doing those myself when I was in school. Would rather just draw the image in my head all at once.

I have not got around to checking out Bojack. It just kind of appeared out of the blue on netflix. I have been binge watching The Guild.

Never seen The Guild, nor really knew of it before just now.

It seems to have started out as a web series and found its way onto netflix. The episodes are only 15 minutes. But it is hilarious.

I'm counting the Mii's I collected with 3DS street pass by going to two different malls over the weekend. It was 16 total, more than I've ever got before.

Who'd have thought handheld gaming would become so popular with mallrats? 2014 is weird.

Yea and I didn't see one person with a 3DS. They must've had them though.

I've been getting my butt kicked on Star Wars Commander. The game is fun but I need to figure out a good mix for my attack team.

Never watched Arrested Devolpment. Add that to another show everybody likes that I haven't seen.

It's so strange to me that so many people have such a hard-on for Arrested Development now, cause when I was younger I remember being the only one laughing and my family being disgusted. lol

I watched to post "end of world" movies on netflix. The first one being Goodbye World, the second one being the Spanish The Last Days. Goodbye World had an interesting plot but unlikable characters. Not worthly to survive the end of civilization.

The Last Days was odd given how people all over the world suffered from sever agrophobia.

I couldn't finish any of them given how annoying the characters were in both movies.

I don't have agoraphobia, but I would if most spiders were large like tarantulas.
