Not too long ago, I posted a blog (http://www.pixlbit.com/blog/569/its_not_necessary_but_itd_be_convenient) where I whined about the lack of DLC for Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Video Game. The news just came out that it has arrived for the PSN version of the game, along with a new character to play.

If the XBLA version (which I own) doesn't get a similar update, I'll have to buy the game again (at a discounted price). I'll probably fork the cash over; I've got enough funds in my PSN wallet.

Anyone else excited about this? I'm still convinced that playing this with other people would be the best experience.

yeah i haven't played it yet because I want to play with someone else. I downloaded it when it was free on PSN, and haven't touched it since.

I finished this on the PSN but need to go back to unlock everything. I did enjoy it to be fair but not sure if I want to invest in the DLC. I am a big Scott Pilgrim fan though so i'm sure some day I will fall for it on a whim

True. I don't see how Ubisoft would support one platform and not the other in this case but I bet there's precedent for that.

Well i have scott pigrim for the 360 so why would psn get dlc and not the 360 whats up with that.

I am! Scott Pilgrim has become one of my favorite Beat Em Ups of all time! Here's hoping the update comes to xbla as well. If not I'll be a little disappointed.

Great news! I had that game in the hard drive of my old PS3. It was one of the big,fat,noisy,shiny ones that came out at launch. Got a lot of use out of it. But it recently died. Lost all my hard drive content. So I plan on getting Scott Pilgrim back. Now with new DLC I want to evn more!

Yikes. I hope you're able to get all of your stuff back, unless it was game saves or DLC that's not available anymore.

I just bought the PSN bundle for $12 (Plus price) and the 360 version will require you pay $5 for the Wallace toon and the online MP. If you want to play with me sometime, send me a friend invite. Please.

I did not get too sad when my PS3 died. It just reached the end of it's life cycle. Most of my stored games were PS1 titles. Have bought most of them on disk now. Just in case!
