After a long slog, I finally killed the Darklurker and obtained the Master Of Hexes trophy...which unlocked the Dark Souls II Platinum!
That's my 2nd plat, and I'm happy as a clam right now.
Just beating a Dark Souls game is impressive to me, much less getting plat. Congrats!

And yeah, I've never played a Dark Souls, but I hear they're tough.
I also have the platinum for The Walking Dead Season 1 by Tell Tale Games...that plat was sort of a "gimmie" though, as everyone who completes the game in full recieves it.
The DSII plat is far more of a reward IMO.

Man....I'm not too sure about that one. I've seen fervent pleas for help in my Playstation inbox concerning Demon's Souls. Seems like people have to put in a ridiculous amount of hours when farming for that last Pure Bladestone; I'm not at all looking forward to that. I may go back and play some more Dark Souls, if I ever get my hands on a copy of the Prepare To Die Edition; I never got a chance to check out the Artorias DLC. For now, I'm moving on...not sure to what, though!
Congrats! I just got my first ever platinum trophy on Shadow of Mordor. I have a handful of 360 games with all of the achievements, but this is the first time I've tried to go all the way on a PlayStation game.

Amazing! The only Platinum I've come close to is the one for Akimi Village and it's only because I need to share resources with a friend who has the game. It's a very easy Platinum to get though. Hardly counts next to Dark Souls II. Sheesh!
Darksouls is a bitch to beat period yet alone a platinum congrats of the game now your right behind Yargz as the Darksouls king lol!!

Its rumored from what I gather. Ill check it out shortly to see if said rumor has developed
