I really like how that Wrists of Kings song builds. I like all the rest too. Great choices.

Blake's Musical Moments stuff blog thing - you know the drill. Well, the two of you who actually read these blogs haha. The focus this time is on the atmosphere. So have some.
Kayo Dot - Mortality of Doves
Wtf. Who the fuck spilt Peter Gabriel era Genesis and Sisters of Mercy into my Kayo Dot? This is about as 80's as one can get and not be a modern indie rock album. It's awesome too. They seem to be trying to evoke the 80's vision of grim cyberpunk - ala Bladerunner - and it's working. This is atmospheric, surprisingly poppy for Kayo Dot (there's still no traditional verse/chorus structure, but it's catchy and easier on the ear than their usual black metal/chamber music/post rock/jazz combo), and... um, it's just all round a great track.
Ahab - Aeons Elapse
Do you like Doom metal? If you do, you may have heard of this band. They've done an album about Moby Dick, and now they're moving onto Edgar Allen Poe territory. For this album, they've eased off the heaviness a bit as there's far more clean vocals and clean guitars. However, it is still heavy, and it's still atmospherically sorrow inducing.
Jesu - Conquerer
Was that last track a touch to depressing for you? Okay, have some FUCKING JESU to cheer you up. Look, if you haven't heard of Jesu, you should probably have a slap on the wrist. They aren't exactly an obscure band, and I've heard this track in a ton of movies. It's still amazing though.
Isis - Wrists of Kings
Finally, I'll leave you with some Isis. This is from one of my all time favourite albums, and one of the best post metal albums you'll ever here. It's simply masterful.
I listened to all of them (except the removed one). As for what is my kind of music, well, that's pretty hard to define. I listen to a lot of very different music. Easier to list what I don't like: Most opera, most death metal, all Christian contemporary, and most jazz. Everything else, I'm pretty open to. But I'll listen to almost anything once.
