What game is it your ordering from Natsume I love there games but your right there customer service sux.

I feel really bad for Natsume right now. Digital River apparently is doing their job properly which is kind of their repuation. I dont know if any of yall have had an experiance with them but I have read bad story after bad story about them. I have read people never got their item, Ive read that the goods were damaged and in bad shape, and then I have heard that customer service wise they are horriable and no help. Now while this is all exerpainces from other people, these should give people a warning of what to keep an eye out for when using them or considering using them. I had a bad feeling about ordering from them. However since the bunny for CE of Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley was too hard to pass up so I put in my online order. They were suppose to start shipping online orders thru the store on Wed Oct 29th but barely anyone has gotten a shipping email. The few that have gotten it ordered in random spots too. One lady who got hers ordered after me. I wont lie, Im a tad pissed off. I understand someone ordering before me getting a shipping email but after me? thats just ridiclous. If I didnt want that bunny badly Id cancel and cut my losses which even now Im tempted to do. However since it is close to original release day anyway I figure I might as well carry on and see what happens. If by Tuesday I still havent recieved my shipping email I think Ill cancel and go pick it up in store. I wont get a plushie at all but hey Ill live.
Thats the bunny, he is actually really big, especially compared to the dog plushie that gamestop is offering. Hopefully I can post a update with a pic of the one I hopefully get.
