Happy Veterans Day!! MMMMMMaaaaaaavs WIN!!!!!

So after getting on track with my diet and exercise nonsense, I feel way more energized lately. At work, I was getting frustrated watching the Mavs trail by 20+ points to the Kings. I get home and they've made the third biggest comeback in franchise history (tied) and Dirk Nowitzki, whose number I wore in junior high when I was a really good shot in basketball, has moved up to #9 All-Time NBA Scorer. To put icing on the cake, there are a lot of Houston fans at the university that can't stand my Dallas teams, and Dirk just passed up a former Houston Rockets center on that list.

Oh, and it's apparently "let's have ALL the classic movies Joey has always wanted to watch" month on Netflix, and they even have Snowpiercer for me to finish.

Anyway, I wouldn't be able to enjoy today if not for vets, so Happy Veterans Day!!!

I just can't get into the NBA. I like basketball. I dunno why.

well, I like the sport of basketball. I probably enjoy college more, but it's hard to follow that. I've tried to follow regular basketball, but it's never taken. Maybe I'll give it another try.

I can't wait for next Tuesday. Gonna watch the SFASU Lumberjacks play their first game of the season while ESPN films at our university. Gonna be a blast and Cane's always gives out coupons for these things.

I got too much of my damn fill of on-campus stuff working for Residence Life, but I'm enjoying the relative freedom of not having my bedroom be my office.

I saw Snowpiercer a couple days. I thought it was pretty good. There was a few parts that didn't make sense (like there is no way that train was big enough for all it had), but I enjoyed it and thought it was a neat idea.

Wow nice comeback. Hopefully the Kings can get their act together and get back to being a fun team to watch. Having the Kings, and Warriors do well is always good for Western Conference Basketball.
