Turkey in the picture?

Well by the wings and the breast I'm thinking more big duck or goose but I would have accepted "that's not a chicken". How the hell does a place that claims to offer high quality cuisine get that wrong. So you win and I'll pm you first when I have things to give away.

Yeah, it would have to be one hell of a seasoned and well-done turkey to be that dark, but I've never had goose or duck. I just knew it wasn't chicken, and since it's Thanksgiving ... lol. 

Canadian Thanksgiving is long gone.

My wife makes the most amazing duck with a spicy sweet potato eggplant gravy. It takes 12 hours to prepare and requires me to lay low in order to avoid getting hit by flying kitchen utensils. 

My bad. Here in America, we're having eagle for Thanksgiving. America's Team is cooking it for us. Don't tell KnightDriver and Snee. 

Mmmm sweet potatoes. 

And I'm having Cowboy. . . wait a minute. Ok maybe I didn't think that through. How about armadillo. They have armadillo in Texas don't they? . . . nevermind.

lol the important thing is we both came up with stupid ways to give each other crap about the outcome of a sporting event, which is proof of our American citizenship.

One doesn't eat armadillos, one goes home with them as is my understanding.

That chicken was so super it could even fly. 

I would also prefer an oxford comma, but the wrong bird is a worse offense.
