I've been doing most of my shopping online. I got ALien Isolation for my brother for xmas for $30. I wouldn't have bought it at full price, but that's a damn good deal, I think.
You had a good haul!!

Hey everyone in Pixlbitville! I hope everyone had a great Turkey Day. Of course this is going to be my post for my Black Friday experience. Here it goes, first off I went to Target. Gotta go to my favorite store. The parking lot was packed! My cousin and I went to go buy some last minute pies from the store and I decided to check on Target before they opened at 6pm. There was about three to five people in line 2 hours before the store opened. Wasn't too bad. So we went back home and had some of the holiday food. I waited for a couple hours after Target had opened because I still had family coming over.
So once 8pm struck, it was off to Target. My first intention was to only get Infamous: Second Son. I previously played it and passed it but I've been missing the game after I traded it in. So for $20 it was worth the purchase. Unfortunately, there were these cardboard columns that the store employees set up with $10-$25 price tags on Xbox One, PS4, 360, PS3 and 3DS games. Who can turn those prices down?! So I decided to get The Evil Within (with the 3D cover) from there. Went on to the electronics. There was no sign of Infamous. I grabbed a few Mario 3DS games but eventually put them down because I was only getting them because they were cheap and I had previously played them before. I saw that the Lego Movie Videogame was on sale for $25. Loved the movie so without a doubt I would like the game. I already bought Lego Marvel Superheroes back when it was on sale during the summer for $10 so why not get another Lego game for the PS4. And last video game related item I got was a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold card since my XBL expired the day before Thanksgiving. Rotten luck right? Luckily they were 50% off.
I found a couple Blu-Ray movies that were on sale too like A Million Ways to Die and Edge of Tomorrow. Heard the Seth McFarlane movie was hilarious and I like Family Guy so why not give his movie a shot? I remember Edge of Tomorrow was rumored to be Mass Effect since it looked somewhat similar but it caught my attention. And both were $9 each so I didn't have much to lose.
I didn't plan on going but I remembered Best Buy opened at 8pm as well. So my cousin and nephew decided to drive on over. Target wasn't too bad with the customers but Best Buy looked even busier. That's what I thought. They had a table set up with all the games that were on sale and were sectioned by price. I saw Infamous priced at $20 which was $5 cheaper than Target's price. Automatically sold me on that. I thought of picking up Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition but I passed because I already passed the game+DLC and I really don't need another action/adventure game right now since I bought Dragon Age, GTAV and Far Cry 4 not too long ago. I happened to see the movie Maleficent on sale for $10. My girlfriend and I loved that movie and for that price...you couldn't sell that to me more. So I walked out with my game and movie with no waiting or problems whatsoever.
Earlier today my girlfriend and I continued the holiday shopping. She had her own list of things and I had mine. Luckily our stores were in the same general area. I went back to Best Buy because I had forgotten that the Xbox One controllers were $40. I wanted to get the CoD: Advanced Warfare controller because of the design, but my eyes were mainly set on the Best Buy exclusive Midnight Forces camo controller. A Best Buy exclusive controller wins over a CoD themed controller that I can buy anywhere. And the camo controller looks pretty rad. So I picked that up for $40. Went to another Target to find a physical copy of Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition. I previously had this game but traded it in because I needed the money for Destiny. Probably not my best choice. I saw it was on sale for $35. I was lucky enough to find a physical copy but I realized I can buy it off XBL because it was also on sale and I didn't have to pay tax. So I just bought microsoft points.
I tried to remember if the 3 Month XBL Gold cards stacked up so I looked up info and they're stackable. So I got 3 more cards plus the one I got the night before. I'm good for a year again. When I got home, I input all my codes for Gold and my Microsoft points and am currently downloading the digital version of Diablo. Now I just have to hold the urge of not buying something for the next few months. Gotta get that terabyte drive and Christmas shopping is coming up.
What a long post. Sorry I never post any pictures of my pickups. I don't usually take pictures of them. Just too busy with school that all I can do is just type. But I'll figure out how to post up more things to make my blog more interesting.
Let me know what you all bought if you went Black Friday shopping. FYI: those AC Xbox One bundles are a major steal in the price. I advise to get it from Best Buy. Target has them on sale too but I believe BB has them for $10 or $20 cheaper. Have a great and safe holiday weekend everyone!
BEYOND!
