In which the title is a lie!

Currently engrossed in the post-Elite Four content of Alpha Sapphire. I'm liking the game a lot, though something's bugging me a little, why can't I nickname any pokemon 'Spike'? Seeing as how it also blocks swear words from being used, it's probably an offensive term in some language I'm unfamiliar with.

And for anyone interested, here's the pictures my brother took of the discovery we made a few weeks ago, forgive the blurriness of the first one:

And aside from our water pipes getting in the way every now and again, it's pretty much a straight drop all the way down to the floor of our basement.

It's probably confusing Spike with a derogatory term for Hispanic people.

I think that's the case, though it also blocks 'pike' as well. At least it did when I was playing X a while ago.

That machinery for the dumbwaiter is way cool! I have a friend who bought an old Victorian and discovered a speakeasy in the basement.

That's odd about the naming of Pokemon. In the last Pokemon game I named my Pokemon after rappers.

So that's what the inner workings of a dumbwaiter looks like.
